Readiness comes before momentum.

“Launch” is often used as if it answers every question. It does not. Before a new audience is invited in, the work needs a clear source, a realistic learner situation, and a decision maker who can say what may happen next. A smaller, honest check is often the fastest way to avoid an expensive mistake.

Source material

Start with the specific page, lesson, product, or method under discussion. A public reference lets us consider the language and claims that people will actually encounter. It is better than an abstract description of a whole catalogue.

Audience evidence

Ask what kind of person is expected to benefit, and in what setting. The answer may expose a missing explanation, a professional constraint, or a local expectation that should be checked. It should not be mistaken for a forecast.

Authority

Creators, publishers, employers, and partners can each have a legitimate say. An exploratory reply can identify that need; it cannot grant their consent. Rights questions remain rights questions even when commercial interest is enthusiastic.

Next decision

The result may be a question to investigate, a public sample to review, or a recommendation to pause. No inquiry authorises translation, adaptation, publication, classroom use, marketing, sale, recording, or licensing.
